Diamond and Jewelry Appraisals
Protect your investment with a professional appraisal. Are you unsure if your diamond is real or worth insuring? Bring it in and we will be happy to take an in-depth look. We are committed to keeping you informed about your possessions and providing honest and accurate appraisals.
Diamond Faceting
We offer full diamond re-cuts, reshaping, and repair services. We have the ability to cut your rough diamonds to provide you with the best quality yield. Our associates can help turn your broken or chipped diamond into a new, modern cut.
Stone Setting
Along with our commitment to quality, we also understand the urgency of your stone setting projects. Our stone setters are familiar with all of your classic settings and stone shapes. If you have a specialty-ordered mounting or a uniquely shaped stone, send it to us.
Insurance Replacements
In settling jewelry claims, claimants are presented with one of two options: a cash settlement up to the limits of the policy, or a suitable replacement of the item lost. We will work with your insurance company to help you find a replacement for your item in the event that it has been lost, stolen or compromised in any way.
Engraving
Engraving is a great way to personalize your wedding rings, pendants, charms, watches, and more. We are proud to offer versatile font and style options to our clients interested in engraving their jewelry.
Cleaning and Polishing
Precious metals and stones shine brightly when cleaned and polished by caring, experienced hands. Let us put that shine back in your entire jewelry collection, making everything look brand new all over again.

In-Store Financing Available
Checks & Money Orders
Ken Sehman the Jeweler also accepts personal checks, business checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer’s name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. “Temporary” or counter checks are not acceptable.

Please Note: If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. Paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 15 business days from the day we receive your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $30.00.
Order Shipping
At Ken Sehman the Jeweler, we truly value our customers and therefore we provide free shipping with every purchase! Unless specified, we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Federal Express (FEDEX) Ground, or United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail. All items that we ship are sent fully insured at no additional cost to you.
All of our items are shipped in beautiful gift boxes. We also offer free gift wrapping for all orders. For your security, your merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. We are not able to ship items to P.O. Boxes. We provide rush delivery at an additional charge. That charge will be computed and added at the time of placing the order.

Therefore, we provide a beautiful gift box with every purchase, free of charge, in order to properly display the merchandise you have purchased.
